Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time (after dispatch):

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on orders ₹449 and above

  • ₹70 shipping charge on orders below ₹449


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most orders.

  • A ₹100 prepaid confirmation charge is required for all COD orders.

  • This ₹100 is adjusted in the total amount and is non-refundable after dispatch.

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, this amount is refundable.


Packaging & Safety

We take extra care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festive rush

  • Remote area service availability

  • Courier company issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.
