2. Product Information

  • All our jewelry is artificial/fashion jewelry and is clearly described on the product pages.

  • We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may slightly vary due to photography and screen settings.

  • Sizes and weights are approximate and may have slight variations.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • We accept online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) with a ₹100 advance.

  • Orders above ₹449 are eligible for free shipping. A shipping charge of ₹70 applies for orders below ₹449.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, holidays, or natural events.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if there is a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.

  • You must request a return within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9000176473.

  • Once your return is approved, you can either get a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not supported for COD orders.

  • COD advance payment is refundable only if cancelled before shipment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content including images, product descriptions, logos, and website design are property of KantiKundan and protected under copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the website for unlawful activities.
