Return and Refund Policies
We ensure every product goes through a quality check before shipping. However, if you face any issues, we offer returns only in the following cases:

Damaged during transit

Return Window:
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

An unboxing video or clear photos must be shared as proof.

The return request must be approved by our team before the item is sent back.
🚫 We do not accept returns for minor color differences, size mismatch (if correct as per order), or change of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (as per customer’s details).

Shipping charges, COD charges, and COD prepaid confirmation amounts are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a fresh order separately.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For COD orders, the prepaid COD confirmation amount is non-refundable after dispatch.

Therefore, we do not accept returns for reasons like "I didn’t like it after receiving it," "the quality is not as expected," or "it didn’t suit me after wearing it."
